The Ministry of Health (MOH) has officially released the validation and posting schedule for qualified health professionals across the country. In a statement issued by Spokesperson Tony Goodman on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, the Ministry outlined a new and structured roadmap to ensure that all eligible applicants are correctly verified before their final postings.
Prospective applicants are required to visit the official recruitment portal at https://www.google.com/search?q=verify.mohrecruitment.com to validate their status using their verified PIN or Index Number. This process is vital to ensure that only professionals in good standing with their respective councils are integrated into the public health system. To avoid any backlog, the Ministry has emphasized that priority for nurses and midwives will be given to the 2021 year batch.
The recruitment roll-out is divided into specific windows:
• PIN Verification: April 16th – April 20th (5 Days)
• Pharmacists/Technicians/PAs/CRAs: April 22nd – April 25th (4 Days)
• Allied Health Professionals: April 27th – May 1st (5 Days)
• Nurses & Midwives: May 4th – May 15th (12 Days)
The schedule also includes specific dates for regional postings, starting with the Upper East and Upper West regions on May 4th and concluding with the Eastern and Greater Accra regions on May 15th. Professionals in across all 16 regions are urged to strictly adhere to these timelines to avoid any delays in their recruitment.
For assistance, the Ministry has provided dedicated support lines at 0557208487 or 0557385895. This 2026 initiative is part of the government’s broader effort to strengthen the healthcare workforce and ensure that every community in Ghana has access to qualified medical personnel.
