The former Chief Executive Officer of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP), Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, has made a chilling allegation against two top government officials. He is accusing the Secretary to the President, Dr. Callistus Mahama, and Beatrice Annan of being responsible for his father’s passing.
